When I decided to sell my house, a make-over was the last thing on my mind. By some fortunate fluke, an agent whom I didn't end up getting to sell my house gave me the name of Kym Smirnoff from ReGroup Enterprises. She blew me away when she came into my home. Being a psychologist, I spend a lot of time in contemplation and little time in action. Kym has an incredible energy and flair for re-arranging my furniture, removing unnecessary items, adding other items such as a lamp in the corner of my dining room which should have been there all along. Kym worked fast, efficiently and effectively to bring about an amazing transformation to my home. While I participated in a training course, Kym and her crew set my indoor and outdoor tables, stained my fence, mulched my garden. There was nothing they couldn't do or get done including ironing bed linen, and cleaning my new stainless steel appliances with baby oil which came up amazingly well. The estate agent who sold my house, informed me that prior to the makeover, he believed I would only have received my minimum asking price. Once the make-over was done however, he said he could see why I received the price I did which was $15,000 above my minimum price, a pretty good feat for a small 11 square home and within 3 days of going on the market. I cannot begin to describe the pleasure and confidence it gave me to work with ReGroup Enterprises and I have to say they would be one of my first contacts if I was considering selling again.
