We were thrilled with the selling price. It was even $5000 above my "dream" price so you can't ask for much better than that.

It wasn't an easy task to arrange an auction long distance but my sales agents recommendation to use your service certainly turned out to be a wise move. An empty house is much harder to sell than a furnished one and your finishing touches (lamps, pictures, cutlery, recipe book etc) really completed the picture. We had a short sales campaign and I appreciate your professionalism in having the house set up at short notice and in time for the photos. It was well worth the investment and I would recommend your service.
