Thank you for your fantastic makeover on my home in Dromana

The property had been on the market for 2 months without even an offer.

However, after your makeover the very first open house we had 14 groups through and three days later we had two offers.

The people said that they could really see the value in the property once you had finished it.

I accepted the high offer of course which was 40K over my reserve.
